How to Manage Stress?

1)Brief Meditation - Stress Management Exercise
 There are two stages. In the first stage, the person should sit comfortably and close their eyes. He should choose the word peace from 'harmony', 'peace', 'peace', 'peace'or 'rest' and meditate on the chosen one. One has to visualize scenes that interact with the word or create mental images that reflect that name, and feel 'harmonious' or 'peaceful' within oneself. In the second stage, one has to choose something like fabric, stone, etc. that attracts one, and then begins to think about its texture with closed eyes.Spending two minutes or more can lead to meditation. 
 2)Giving Brain Oxygen Hit and Crown Pull We usually do not breathe enough to give enough oxygen to the brain. Stress causes us to breathe less deeply, so in order for oxygen to reach our brain, we need to do this exercise: we have to balance our hands together for a while to create energy. We should place our palms on each other at the bottom of our ships. Abdominal breathing is important. With all the air we should think we are breathing oxygen into our brain. Pulling the crown influences the flow of cerebrospinal fluid in a positive way. It helps to slow down our nervous system and can relieve headaches or stomachaches caused by stress and helps us think more clearly. In this exercise we have to press down on our fingers like scales on our head and keep it from front to back again and again.
 3)Rapid mental adjustment It is very important to make quick mental adjustments to reduce our stress. The following are ways to do this which helps to use the right brain and re-balance it.
1)Watch the fish swim in the fish tank so that the mind can calm down.
2)Write down the problems on a piece of paper to get rid of them. 
3)Get into nature and go.
4)Focus on the present rather than on future events. 
5)Take mistakes easily.
6)Remove the 'I can't' from our thinking, and think of possible solutions. 
7)Write a few lines with one hand. It measures the two hemispheres of the brain. 
8)Expect to be lucky.
